Associate Industrial Security Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Mesa, AZ. The Industrial Security Specialist will be assisting with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Position Responsibilities: Performs Personnel Security functions to include individual security clearance/access processing, visit processing, and other required reporting Enters and tracks information in government and proprietary applications Assists in conducting a training program to educate, refresh, and motivate team members Communicates and assists with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third-party and company information from unauthorized disclosures Performs administrative support functions Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ year of experience with DISS Experience processing CSSO or CPSO program access paperwork, including SF-86 Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders Experience working across multiple functions and departments Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Top Secret Clearance 1+ years of experience with NBIS Experience with NISPOM Experience with the security clearance adjudicative guidelines Experience using SIMS applications Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
