This is a hybrid position. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable and available to come in to our office at 15955 La Cantera Pkwy San Antonio, TX 78256 2-3 days per week. Mondays and Fridays are work from home. The Associate Industrial Engineer utilizes analytical approaches and fact-based information in developing innovation strategy and continuous improvements that integrate human system material energy information and technology resources. Develops solutions that are balanced between operational financial customer service employee and customer considerations. Participates in Engineering or other company projects. Interacts with plant & corporate management.
