The ID Program associate in research under general supervision, provides leadership and guidance for a variety of clinical, research, and support services at the Ybor Youth Clinic and as part of the Pediatric HIV Program. This position works with grant, research, and program leadership to ensure that deliverables are met, program initiatives are successful, and all activities meet extensive state and federal funding requirements and required reporting to ensure continued funding. The ID Program associate in research provides programmatic support to program staff, works in collaboration with a wide variety of internal and external constituents, including (but not limited to) team members, physicians, and staff throughout the USF Health continuum of care, patients, families, community services, and other health care systems. They serve as an active member on relevant program, department, community and other committees across the care continuum.
