About The Position

In this role, you will support supplier contract engagement and performance initiatives through effective coordination, communication, and data management. You will collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive contract adoption, ensure accurate implementation, and contribute to strategies that enhance supplier and client relationships. You will also assist in tracking performance metrics, maintaining documentation, and supporting key supplier initiatives that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Experience working with healthcare provider organizations and/or telecommunications carriers preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to effectively lead supplier calls and meaningfully participate in internal sales discussions.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret outputs and determine next steps based on data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and develop proficiency with internal systems.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Promote supplier contracts through targeted outreach, presentations, and marketing efforts to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and spend managers; engage with clients as appropriate to support contract performance, retention, and growth.
  • Lead and contribute to supplier calls focused on contract performance, adoption strategies, and aligned messaging that supports utilization and client engagement.
  • Coordinate implementation tasks, including client validation, pricing setup, and connection tracking, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Track and analyze contract performance metrics, such as utilization trends, to identify improvement opportunities and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and leverage internal tools to track supplier initiatives and project outcomes.
  • Manage internal and external issue resolution and respond to shared mailbox inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support broader supplier and category initiatives as assigned.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance contract performance and operational efficiency.
