Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field plus 1 year of experience as an Associate III or a related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in setting and meeting quality standards for design and technical accuracy.
• Assist in coordination of the deliverables of the Working Drawings.
• Develop a greater understanding of codes and accessibility requirements.
• Develop standard knowledge of construction.
• Assemble set of production drawings.
• Create and make revisions for daily designs and technical development of assigned projects.
• Ensure all deadlines are met as specified by project manager; and if necessary give adequate notice if issues are unresolved.
• Ensure quality of design/production process: planning solutions, model accuracy, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Maintain Revit efficiency.
