About The Position

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Senior Sales Associate who will leverage their proficiency in retail to achieve individual sales goals and ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience. The successful candidate will develop strong product knowledge across all categories and build personal connections with guests through effective selling skills. This role involves partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate the selling culture and initiate business-driving events in-store. The Senior Sales Associate will also communicate client feedback to enhance client service and sales while adhering to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture.
• Elevated sense of personal style.
