About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Colchester. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Associate II – Account Management, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex risk and insurance needs, using data and analytics to shape meaningful solutions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding service, drive retention and support new business growth. We will count on you to: Evaluate client risks, loss experience, cash flow and financials to develop and present tailored risk and insurance solutions. Collaborate with Account Management colleagues to execute growth and retention strategies, supporting sales and renewal goals. Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service. Act as a key point of contact for complex client needs and inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate and professional responses. Stay current on market conditions, products and regulatory requirements to provide informed guidance and maintain compliance. Leverage available tools, analytics and internal resources to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, client service or a related role within insurance, financial services or a similar environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and risk information and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Progress toward or completion of relevant insurance or risk management qualifications.
  • Experience working with mid-to-large commercial clients or complex accounts.
  • Proven track record of contributing to client retention, growth or sales initiatives.
