About The Position
The Engineering Development Program (EDP) at UPS is a structured 4-month training initiative designed for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. This program combines interactive classroom training, self-paced computer-based training, and on-the-job training, providing a comprehensive support network. Upon successful completion, participants will have the opportunity to transition into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor role, where they will lead efforts in operational process development and implementation across the company.
