Outbound & Inbound Clerk Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules). Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization's established procedures. These activities may include answering telephones; updating stock cards and inventory records; and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms under close supervision. How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading, and unloading merchandise and materials, picking, and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks. How you will do it: Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders. Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries. What success looks like: Responsible for working independently to successfully and accurately reach individual production goals. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of related experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) other systems knowledge a plus.
  • A skills assessment for Microsoft Office will be conducted prior to an offer being made for this position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • High comprehension of written and spoken English.
  • Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks on an hourly basis.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and self-reliance needed.
  • Follows through with all tasks, assignments, and job duties in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PKMS, LM, and SAP a plus.
  • SQL Experience
  • Distribution Center support knowledge a plus.
  • Analytical skills a plus.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
