As an Associate I, General Engineering supporting the MTO Team in Huntington, WV, a typical day will include: Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced projects using your expertise. Develop, implement, and evaluate new production materials, equipment, and technologies before mass production. Complete manufacturing research and development to address production cost and quality issues, including conducting technical feasibility tests to ensure production efficiency. Evaluate project capacity for production process design and development and implement standard manufacturing procedures. Evaluate production processes to reduce costs and determine product quality standards. Arrange equipment and tools to support production and select and communicate with vendors to determine product specifications and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery. Engage with partner functions such as Research and Development, commercial, and quality. Make significant decisions within your project area to influence outcomes. Adhere to Good Practice regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training. Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance. Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training. Responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
  • Worksite location: Onsite
