Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service role.
  • Must be able to work in a group, call-center type setting.
  • Must be capable of making sound decisions and achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Process all orders received by fax and email into PRMS order entry system.
  • Answer Customer Service phone line and assist customers with general product questions, pricing, and product availability.
  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Coordinates complaint/customer feedback program, including data entry of new customer reports/complaints, initial screening of complaints for reportability and customer correspondence.
  • Interface with internal and external customers to ensure complete information is being collected for customer reports and complaints.
  • Ability to handle high call volume with professional courtesy.
  • Process all domestic MPS orders.
  • Maintain calendar for future orders.
  • Work closely with shipping department to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team members.
  • Motivate team members.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Customer Service matters.
  • Document customer contacts.
  • Perform other departmental duties as assigned.
  • Make sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative support for sales and marketing activities as required.
