Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a client service role within a financial institution.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Experience in change management, with the ability to facilitate strategic communications and mitigate stakeholder impact.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy, with a willingness to understand and implement new/emerging technologies that impact business operations.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Equity Derivatives Experience.
  • Physical Settlement Experience with DWACS, DRS, FOP, DVP, ATM, 144.
  • Middle Office experience.
  • VBA, Python.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Clients with their inquiries on settlements, valuations and generally trade queries.
  • Assist Sales & Trading with subject matter expertise on operational trade flow and system queries.
  • Ensure risk systems fee to Markitwire and are confirmed.
  • Ensure clients are compliant with Dodd frank EBC expectations.
  • Monitor Physical sales and cash settlement breaks.
  • Book novations and execute trade amends as required.
  • Partner with technology on Platform Enhancements.
  • Perform UAT as required.
