About The Position

Every challenge creates possibilities, and we need different perspectives to see them all. Bring yours to Block. We are looking for an Associate HRBP to provide support for our HRBP teams. You will partner closely with HRBPs to bring HR programs and initiatives to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to oversee and deploy projects both within specific business units and functions, as well as company-wide programs. You will also partner directly with employees and managers to answer questions, facilitate trainings, run cyclical HR programs and processes. You will also help innovate and improve these programs as we continue to scale. Success in this role means helping HRBPs turn ideas into reality and effectively coordinating and delivering impactful programs with high employee engagement.
