Additionally, you will identify and track trends in employee experiences related to hours and overtime, making recommendations for improvements where necessary. Handling confidential and sensitive employee data with the utmost respect and seriousness is paramount, as is ensuring compliance with organizational rules and regulations, including Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
