The Associate HR Business Partner supports HR leadership by providing day-to-day HR support to department leaders and employees within a corporate collections call center environment. This role partners closely with the SVP of HR, Senior HR Business Partners, and external partners to support HR operations, employee relations, and talent processes across the employee lifecycle. This position is designed as an early-career HR Business Partner role, with exposure to both tactical HR operations and foundational business partnering responsibilities. The role is intentionally structured to develop into a full HR Business Partner position as experience, capability, and business acumen grow.
