The Associate HR Analyst position on the HR Support & User Experience team serves as the first tier in the HR Support service delivery model and is the first point of contact for issues related to time reporting questions. They may also serve as an additional level of support for questions related to training, data and reporting tools, work processes, and Workday. This role conducts research and analysis around issues, continuously works to improve processes, and assigns and escalates issues to other teams as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to expand their knowledge, solving more complex problems because of their advanced skills, with general supervision.
