About The Position

Manage and maintain housing facilities, including front desk check-in and shuttle driving, to create a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for international associates.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Comfortable working with associates from diverse backgrounds who have different values or not be native English speakers
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk check-in and check-out procedures.
• Drive shuttles to transport associates safely.
• Maintain housing facilities and address maintenance issues.
• Enforce housing policies and ensure a safe living environment.
• Assist with housing assignments and roommate coordination.
