About The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for handling the field adjustment and management of homeowners' property claims in Connecticut. Your primary duties will include conducting accurate coverage analysis and damage assessments to ensure prompt payment of claims in accordance with quality standards. You will engage in proactive communication with clients, setting accurate expectations regarding the length of claims processing. Writing estimates for covered damage will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will provide customers with a detailed scope of loss and the cost of repairs. Additionally, you will assign, direct, and oversee vendors who are conducting mitigation and/or inspections during the adjustment of homeowners' property claims. You will also be tasked with identifying subrogation potential and liability exposures, establishing timely and appropriate claim reserves in accordance with claim standards. This position requires adjusting homeowner's property claims in all states where Plymouth Rock writes business. It is essential to appropriately represent the company by executing a high level of service and maintaining professionalism at all times. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and that claims are handled efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the company.
