OVERVIEW OF POSITION: The Associate Territory Manager supports and reports to the Associate Regional Sales Director and assists in growing HR HealthCare’s urology business within an assigned geographic territory. This entry-level role focuses on learning the fundamentals of medical sales, building product and clinical knowledge, and assisting with customer education and account support activities. The Associate Territory Manager will travel within the territory to support in-servicing, sampling, and follow-up with healthcare providers and staff. This position is designed as a developmental role, preparing individuals for future promotion into a Territory Manager position through structured training, coaching, and field experience. Future promotion into a Territory Manager role will require the ability to relocate to another territory within the United States. All activities are performed in accordance with HR HealthCare’s Code of Conduct and company policies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support Territory Managers in executing account plans and sales strategies within assigned territory. Assist with customer visits, product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical education programs under guidance. Help identify and engage clinical and administrative contacts at healthcare facilities. Build foundational knowledge of HR HealthCare’s urology product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape. Sell DME services offered from HR Patient Services Support prospecting and lead follow-up activities to grow account base. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in CRM systems. Assist with preparation and distribution of product samples, marketing materials, and educational resources. Participate in training programs, field rides, and coaching sessions to develop selling, communication, and territory management skills. Communicate customer feedback and basic market insights to Territory Managers and sales leadership. Follow company policies for expense management, compliance, and documentation. Provide additional sales or customer support for local or regional leadership.
