This is a Training position to become a Sr. Hog Buyer. Duties include: handling livestock, sorting, counting, weighing, balancing, tattooing, and penning all animals in a hog yard environment; book local hog deliveries and keep accurate booking schedule for maintaining plant slaughter operations; learn grade and yield kill sheet information weight docks and other buying procedures; act as a station relief buyer in absence of manager for training and vacation relief.
