About The Position

Pendo is looking for an Associate, GTM Analyst to join the GTM Operations team. As a GTM Analyst at Pendo, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers are provisioned with the right access, licenses, and entitlements so they can get up and running quickly. You'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and the GTM Ops team to deliver accurate, timely provisioning while gaining hands-on exposure to Salesforce, Pendo, and other core systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who loves detail-oriented work and wants to grow into a systems and operations career path at a fast-growing SaaS company.

Requirements

• Exposure to SaaS systems, operations, or customer onboarding (internships, coursework, or prior roles welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high consistency.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Self-starter with eagerness to learn more about sales systems, customer operations, and the Pendo platform.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Exposure to Pendo's platform is a strong plus.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
• Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams or supporting technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provision Pendo customers with licenses, access, and entitlements according to established policies and SLAs.
• Execute customer provisioning requests from Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams with extreme attention to detail.
• Ensure a high level of data quality by verifying the accuracy of all provisioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward provisioning issues; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Partner closely with GTM Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure customers are provisioned correctly and on time.
• Support senior analysts by assisting in testing and validating provisioning workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase the speed, accuracy, and reliability of customer provisioning.
