About The Position

Associate Groundskeeper Take pride in keeping our campus clean, safe, and welcoming! As a Associate Groundskeeper, you’ll play a key behind‑the‑scenes role in supporting our hospital community by maintaining beautiful, well‑kept grounds for patients, visitors, and employees. From keeping parking garages and canopy areas spotless to helping motorists, reporting safety concerns, and responding to changing weather conditions, no two days are the same. You’ll patrol the property, operate equipment safely, and work closely with Security and Property Management to ensure everything runs smoothly. Please note the following important details regarding this position: This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled. This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Lubbock Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements. Work Status Available: Full time Shift Available: Day Shifts Hours: This position does require a rotational weekend schedule every three weeks.

Requirements

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
  • 6 or more months of experience, preferably in a hospital environment.
