About The Position

The Associate Graphic Designer supports the creation and delivery of digital design assets across Wella Company’s brand portfolio in support of eCommerce, retailer, and brand-owned platforms. This role focuses on hands-on production and execution, working under the direction of the Manager, eCommerce Graphics to deliver accurate, on-brand digital assets that meet brand and customer requirements. This is an entry-level role designed for a designer who is eager to learn, develop their skills, and gain exposure to multi-brand, multi-retailer digital design in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital graphic design, including internships or entry-level roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent coursework or internship experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with digital design best practices.
  • Basic understanding of brand guidelines and digital asset requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction and established processes.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in eCommerce, digital retail, or online content design preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of digital design assets using Adobe Photoshop and other established design tools.
  • Produce digital assets across multiple brands while adhering to brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets to meet retailer, marketplace, and customer-specific specifications.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently under guidance from the Senior Manager of Digital Graphic Design.
  • Ensure all assigned assets meet quality standards, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Organize and manage working files according to established naming conventions and processes.
  • Support the use of design templates and standardized creative systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand basic content and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools, as appropriate.
  • Stay aware of digital design trends and evolving platform requirements to support continuous improvement.
