The Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating with teams on digital and print projects to support and elevate the brand. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site five days per week.
Work closely with the Associate Art Director to create innovative visual design of customer-facing and internal assets that speak for the brand
Concept, develop, and build a wide variety of assets across digital channels and paid media
Create print-ready graphics for packaging, retail & out of home marketing placements
Work within brand style guidelines, delivering design-forward yet grounded visual solutions that support larger campaign and channel goals
Work cross-functionally with all teams including E-com, sales, operations, and design
Create internal & external presentations and lookbooks
Maintain and establish our digital asset system and file management workflow, ensuring all digital assets and deliverables are organized and available to team members
Ensure consistent visual quality across all channels and make sure brand standards are always properly represented
Stay up to date with design trends to continuously improve and refresh our creative
Collaborate with the marketing team and contribute to group projects with creative idea
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in graphic design
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Clean portfolio with high quality, creative digital design samples that showcase an attention to detail and understanding of type hierarchy
Sound understanding of fashion trends in graphics, digital & print design
Must be available to work on-site in the NYC office
Efficient in Adobe and Microsoft products
Basic knowledge of animation or simple video editing a plus
