Requirements

  • Prior experience gained through internships, academic projects or related work experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, peers, managers and customers
  • Excellent computer skills including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the willingness to learn SQL, Python, R or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in local hiring office

Responsibilities

  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze data requirements and translate business needs into clear functional and data technical specifications
  • Willingness to learn and perform data analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making and support execution of data quality/validation, quality checks, and root cause analysis for data issues
  • Ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to define data pipelines, integration requirements, and governance standards
  • Willingness to learn to conduct process mapping and gap analyses to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and support testing (UAT), validation, and deployment of new analytics tools or data platforms.
  • Active participation in preparing training materials, change management/communication initiatives and change management on-the-job coaching/support.
  • Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making.
