Requirements

Prior experience gained through internships, academic projects or related work experience is preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, peers, managers and customers
Excellent computer skills including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the willingness to learn SQL, Python, R or equivalent.
Eligibility to work in local hiring office

Responsibilities

Ability to partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze data requirements and translate business needs into clear functional and data technical specifications
Willingness to learn and perform data analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making and support execution of data quality/validation, quality checks, and root cause analysis for data issues
Ability to collaborate with data engineering teams to define data pipelines, integration requirements, and governance standards
Willingness to learn to conduct process mapping and gap analyses to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and support testing (UAT), validation, and deployment of new analytics tools or data platforms.
Active participation in preparing training materials, change management/communication initiatives and change management on-the-job coaching/support.
Ability to utilize AI tools to support day-to-day tasks, improve efficiency and contribute to data-driven decision making.
