Under the direction of the Chief Deputy Warden, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) will function as the Incident - Use of Force Coordinator for the institution, supporting and monitoring the implementation of the Use of Force policy; providing the continuity needed to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data gathered. The AGPA also serves as the institutional coordinator for COMPSTAT's monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews. Independently coordinating and compiling the statistical data in preparation for a multitude of analytical interpretations to be reviewed by the Division Heads and the Warden prior to the annual Department Secretary level meetings to discuss institutional standings. The Use of Force/COMPSTAT Coordinator will be assigned to work on a broad range of complex statistical, analytical, and administrative tasks as deemed necessary by the Warden, or designee, including but not limited to: managerial issues that may be interdisciplinary in nature, participation in analytical surveys and/or studies, be a team leader or coordinator of large institution projects, and perform other related duties.
