About The Position

This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. The role coordinates all matters related to CLETS use, including managing user accounts, access levels, training, security logs, and misuse reporting. It ensures compliance with DOJ, FBI, DMV, and internal policies by staying current with regulations, distributing required bulletins and materials, and collaborating with policy, IT, and privacy teams. The position supports audit readiness by conducting internal reviews and preparing documentation for DOJ/FBI audits. It also helps coordinate staff training, maintain training records, and ensure CLETS and security-awareness requirements are met statewide. The role supports ongoing knowledge development by attending relevant meetings, trainings, and seminars, and assists in creating job aids and informational resources. Finally, it provides guidance for accessing CLEW and helps update internal policies to align with state and federal requirements. All eligible applicants may apply. The Salary Range shown is the minimum and maximum for a full-time appointment. Moving and relocation expenses will not be reimbursed for this position. Requirements
