About The Position

ASSOCIATE GOVENRNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST - FACILITIES AND DEVELOPMENT / SOUTHERN SERVICE CENTER The reporting location for this position is the Southern Service Center in San Diego. This position will work under direction of the Supervising Architect, to provide administrative and analytical support to management and their staff. The incumbent will assist in the planning, coordinating, and directing of the unit's Administrative program and provide leadership and support to administrative staff. Incumbent will be expected to consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, adaptability, and diligence to efficiently perform a broad range of tasks related to the day-to-day operation of a fast paced multidisciplinary office. The ability to successfully interact with office visitors and DPR staff at all organizational levels is essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are highly desirable qualifications. This position requires a valid California Class C Driver's license. Please provide proof with application. Training and Development Assignments may be considered. This position is telework eligible with three days in office. State housing is not available. Requirements

  • Valid California Class C Driver's license
  • Proof of valid California Class C Driver's license with application
