The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) is seeking a Associate Governmenmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Member Account Management Division (MAMD) on the Costing and Elections Team. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform eligibility review and cost calculations of service credit purchase requests
  • Review, research, evaluate, correct, process, and maintain Service Credit Purchase (SCP) elections
  • Investigates and resolves difficult and sensitive cases and issues
  • Responds to inquiries (i.e.: telephone, Workflow inquiries, etc.) of a difficult and sensitive nature and escalates to designated team members when appropriate
