The Population Health Management Division (PHMD) plays a pivotal role in designing and driving the implementation of DHCS' flagship initiative, California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM)-driving meaningful change in a start-up-like environment. PHMD is part of DHCS' Quality and Population Health Management Program (QPHM) and, as a three-year-old division, continues to grow and evolve. PHMD is currently recruiting a nimble, dynamic, and analytical individual to join the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Unit. This is a unique opportunity for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to be a part of a team that is responsible to administer and monitor PHM programs including Enhanced Care Management (ECM). Specifically, the AGPA is responsible for developing, operationalizing, and administering tasks in support of the ECM Unit. The incumbent will work both independently and, in a team,-oriented environment performing consultative and analytical research, data and policy analysis, and technical assistance to address program-related matters pertinent to the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of the ECM benefit.

  • Describe your experience collaborating with staff, management, and internal/external stakeholders to assist with program development and implementation.

Responsibilities
