About The Position

The Department of State Hospitals-Napa has a vacancy for an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Standards & Compliance Department. The AGPA performs a wide variety of consultative and analytical staff services assignments such as program evaluation and planning; policy analysis and formulation; systems development; budgeting, planning, management, and personnel analysis. The AGPA coordinates all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims management; facilitates meetings with affected employees, supervisors, managers, and State Fund claims Adjusters; assists with investigations performed by State Fund and/or private investigators; approves settlements within the confines set forth by the Department of State Hospitals. Requirements
