Our Customer Education and Outreach Division (CEOD), Employer Education & Communications Unit (EECU) is currently seeking an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to deliver instructor-led education for CalPERS employers and drive our CalPERS mission.

Requirements

  • The SOQ must be typed, titled "Statement of Qualifications," and each response must be numbered and list all relevant experience, education, and training, including places of employment, dates, and duties performed. The SOQ must be in Arial font, not exceed two pages in length and must not have font smaller than 11 point.
  • Describe your experience training, teaching, or creating training materials.
  • Tell us about your experience working on a time sensitive project. Include details about the project itself, resources you used, and the results.
  • Discuss your experience and abilities in both written and verbal communication, particularly in conveying critical and complex information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • All experience and education relating to the Minimum Qualifications (MQs) listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package to clearly demonstrate how you meet the MQs for this position. If you are using education to meet MQs, please include your transcripts with your application package. If you have a degree from outside of the United States, you must submit an evaluation of this degree to determine the US equivalency.
