Under direction of the Staff Services Manager I in the Outreach Unit, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) is responsible for providing statewide outreach activities for Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), to improve customer and supplier knowledge of, as well as satisfaction with, the Procurement Division's products and services, utilizing a computer, Microsoft Excel and related software, in order to manage supplier events, including presentations and workshops, in accordance with State Contracting Manual (SCM), the State Administrative Manual (SAM), and Purchasing Authority Manual (PAM). This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment. You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.

Requirements
