About The Position

The Claims Medical and Regulatory Division (CMRD) is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive analytical and operational support to the Corporate Claims Technical Officer (CCTO) and Program Managers (PM). This position can be filled in the following State Fund locations: Bakersfield, Eureka, Fresno, Glendale, Pleasanton, Redding, Riverside, Rohnert Park, Sacramento, San Diego, Santa Ana, Vacaville, or Stockton.

Responsibilities

• Information Analysis & Management Reporting
• Conduct independent analysis of program data and metrics
• Develop comprehensive reports for management decision support
• Compile, track, and analyze key performance indicators
• Provide metrics and analysis for strategic planning
• Budget Management and Financial Administration
• Serve as budget liaison and support budget planning processes
• Prepare budget-related reports and analysis
• Process and monitor financial documentation
• Stakeholder Relations
• Act as key liaison between program and Corporate Support programs
• Facilitate timely responses to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements
• Manage logistics for program and staff meetings
• General Administration
• Stay current with State Fund policies and procedures
• Monitor corporate developments
• Maintain program documentation and records
• Support overall program operations
