About The Position

Under the general direction of the Staff Service Manager (SSM) I, the AGPA is part of a team that provides business analysis and support services to the Record Management Branch (RMB). The AGPA performs as a highly skilled, independent consultant for the RMB and supports the various program needs of the branch. The AGPA maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; consults with internal and external subject matter experts to meet statutory and case law mandates; analyzes program procedures, policies, and practices; identifies, documents, and implements changes to program procedures, training materials for both internal and external use, and productivity metrics; and supports continuous improvement processes within the branch from concept identification through project implementation. The AGPA assists branch efforts to successfully meet mandates through high-value information technology (11) and non-IT solutions, analyzes and documents business needs, business requirements, and concepts. Requirements
