About The Position
Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking customer service representatives to join our Gold Service program, which provides industry-leading expertise to independent agents. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting agents 24/7. The position requires flexibility to work within operational hours, including weekends and holidays. Training is mandatory and lasts approximately 12 weeks, taking place Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST. The starting class for this role begins on April 7, 2025.
