About The Position

Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Finance & Strategy (F&S), Revenue Analytics team plays a central role in developing business-critical insights into Netflix’s revenue and membership outlook. Internally, our insights help inform growth and monetization strategy. Our revenue and membership forecasts are critical components that feed into the corporate planning process for spending and resource allocation across content, commerce, and technology. We are seeking a highly analytical Associate to join our team in Los Gatos, reporting to the Global Business Insights & Analytics Lead. To be successful, you are a self-starter with a keen analytical eye and proven experience as a cross-functional partner. You have a builder mindset, thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and can navigate ambiguity. You are an experienced communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas effectively to a broad set of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical and quantitative environment (e.g., business analytics, strategic finance, management consulting, or similar).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Python, R, or similar), are a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize large, complex datasets and distill key insights for a global audience.
  • Excellent business storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-regional environment and proven ability to build strong relationships across teams and geographies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, business, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with subscription-based business models is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on global business drivers by synthesizing data across regions to identify patterns, divergent behaviors, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams to identify best practices, highlight synergies, and develop standardized tools and frameworks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Pricing, Content) to deliver joint analyses and support strategic initiatives.
  • Create compelling business narratives and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
  • Support and maintain the development of scalable analytical solutions to enhance efficiency and consistency across regions.
