We are seeking an Associate Global Marketing Manager to join our Advanced Repair & Reconstruction Platform team within Surgery. This role will be responsible for driving continued success of our global hernia portfolio, supporting all phases of its lifecycle. The candidate will champion cross-functional initiatives with a focus on developing deep customer insights, crafting impactful value propositions, and communicating a global vision that inspires growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and execution of the global marketing plan for assigned product lines, aligning with business unit and platform vision, driving both market share and financial results.
  • Works cross-functionally to manage the overall life cycle of assigned product lines, including product changes, inventory needs, production planning, and quality to ensure products are positioned competitively globally.
  • Earns trust and maintains engaging relationships with the sales teams and their leaders, providing best-in-class marketing tailored to the market and the customers they serve.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and other key functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and appropriate inputs into portfolio management.
  • Collects and monitors voice of customer, competitive insights, market, and technology trends to shape strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conducts regular analyses for assigned product lines to support business planning and data-based decision making.
