About The Position

The Associate, Global Clinical Supply Chain plays a crucial role in managing investigational medicinal products (IMP) for Gilead's clinical studies. This position requires collaboration within the department and with cross-functional colleagues to ensure timely and complete deliveries of clinical supplies. The role demands a foundational understanding of supply chain principles and experience in a GxP environment, along with effective communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, global company. The Associate will carry out clinical supply tasks according to defined resupply strategies and plans, utilizing Gilead systems such as SAP, IVRS, and QMS to facilitate compliant and efficient progression of IMP through the supply chain. Reporting and escalating supply issues to management in a timely manner is essential for resolution. The Associate will also collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver project-related tasks within established timelines, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business process instructions while maintaining compliance with required training.
