The position reports directly to the General Manager and involves portraying the company and brand with integrity while demonstrating outstanding leadership, customer service, and communication skills. The role supports the development and leadership of a high-performance team that drives sales and achieves comparable store results and profitability through effective training, coaching, and motivational activities. The individual will assist in monitoring day-to-day activities and the efficiency of the sales staff, serving as a role model for the team. Compliance with operational and company policies is essential, and the individual will play an active role in developing the sales team regarding selling tools, position growth, and progression. The position also involves building relationships with new and existing clients, creating a dynamic environment with high customer service standards, and maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives. Additionally, the role includes supporting back-of-house operations such as inventory management, cleaning, maintenance, security, and communication systems.
