About The Position
As Associate General Counsel, you will report to Honest’s General Counsel and be a trusted advisor to the business. You will engage in direct legal services including preparation, review, and revision of agreements, providing advanced legal counsel and guidance related to health care operational and transactional matters. You will assist with risk management, policy development and contracts, and regulatory requirements such as Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance as applied to value-based payer arrangements with physicians and health systems, to include providing legal advice on the formation and operations of ACOs participating in MSSP and REACH and IPAs contracting with Medicare Advantage payers on risk arrangements. You will harness your knowledge, skills, and abilities to deliver within an in-house legal function that is nimble, responsive, and innovative in problem solving and business strategy.
