About The Position

As Associate General Counsel, you will support US registered and unregistered investment companies, including fund formation, regulatory filings, product development, and board support. Additionally, you will handle private equity secondaries funds, related portfolio investments (e.g., M&A, private placements, complex securities), general corporate matters, and other special projects.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of legal experience in the investment management space
• Deep expertise with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and US federal securities laws
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with liquid alternative products
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across various teams
• Strong communication skills to interface with C-level executives and department heads
• A proactive and collaborative mindset focused on delivering results
