Stronghouse is seeking an experienced and proactive Associate General Counsel (“AGC”) to manage all legal matters including compliance with state and local regulations, third-party vendor and partnership agreements, employment and joint-employment matters, employment litigation, and the general legal function of the Company. The AGC will work closely with and direct outside counsel on legal matters to ensure compliance and legal protection. This role is a great opportunity for a candidate that desires a fast-paced and high-growth position to utilize and enhance their legal and professional skillset in a high-visibility position. Candidates must be independent critical thinkers who can work in a challenging fast-paced environment and are capable of juggling a multitude of simultaneous projects. This role will have exposure to employment matters to ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, manage employment litigation, and advise senior leadership on strategic workforce issues. The AGC will also manage complex contract drafting and provide comprehensive legal support across the organization in conjunction with outside counsel.
