Requirements

J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
10+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
Significant experience with payments and payment network agreements.
Expertise in advising on digital wallet products and crypto topics.
Strong knowledge of data rights and governance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
Business-first mindset with comprehension of legal risk in context.
Effective communication skills with both legal and non-legal audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative spirit with a low ego and high accountability.
Genuine interest in employing AI to enhance legal processes.
