We are seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our legal team during a phase of strategic growth. The Associate General Counsel will provide legal support and guidance for an international restaurant company that operates company-owned restaurants in the United States and globally, and franchises restaurants globally. This role requires a dynamic and experienced legal professional who can navigate the complexities of domestic and international business operations and contribute to the company's strategic goals. This individual will be a key partner in navigating the company through a future IPO process. This role is intended as a succession position for our current General Counsel and will involve close collaboration with senior leadership, Bain Capital, and external stakeholders.
