The Associate General Counsel will be a key legal partner to our North American Sales and Customer Success teams, driving revenue growth by negotiating complex commercial transactions. This role requires both leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on intellectual property licensing, SaaS agreements, and high-value enterprise deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology transactions and the ability to manage risk while enabling business success. You will report to the SVP of Legal. Your main goal is to help our Sales and Customer Success organizations achieve their revenue targets while protecting WalkMe from risk.
