The Associate General Counsel (AGC) serves under the general oversight of the General Counsel (GC). The AGC is responsible for assisting the GC and Deputy General Counsel (DGC) in providing legal advice, counsel, and representation to the organization, including in the areas of contract negotiations, dispute resolution, internal investigations, compliance, policies and procedures, and intellectual property matters. The AGC also may oversee or support various programs as assigned by the GC, and represent the company in external legal, government, and community relations matters.
