About The Position
Flynn Group seeks an experienced attorney to lead its Real Estate, Commercial, and Franchising practice group. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will manage all legal aspects of the Company's real estate and construction, commercial, and franchise operations across the country. In addition to collaborating closely with the Real Estate and Procurement Departments to support their day-to-day legal needs, the Associate General Counsel, Real Estate, Commercial, and Franchising (AGC) will work cross-functionally across additional business lines to improve processes and efficiencies, lead cost-savings initiatives, and support general corporate strategies. This is the perfect role for someone seeking to take on a leadership role at rapidly growing company featuring some of the most recognizable and beloved brands in the nation (Applebee's, Panera, Taco Bell, Arby's, Pizza Hut, Wendy's and Planet Fitness). This position can be based in any of our Support Centers located in San Francisco, CA; Independence, OH; Dallas, TX; or Overland Park, KS.
