About The Position

The Associate GDCM Sales Systems Coordinator is a key role within Hilton's Technology team, focusing on the implementation and support of various sales systems such as Delphi.fdc and related integrations. This position involves collaborating with hotels and vendors to ensure successful project execution and configuration, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Hilton's hospitality services.

Requirements

  • Professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in the hotel industry, sales, catering & events and/or revenue management
  • Hands-on experience using Delphi.fdc or Delphi

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • Two (2) years of Project Management experience
  • Completion of Delphi.fdc training and knowledge of Hilton business standards
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Generate property-specific implementation plans and documents per defined processes.
  • Conduct property kick-off calls and business consultations for limited and focused hotels.
  • Provide guidance for configuration and training based on analysis of current system usage and BCS.
  • Assist the hotel in completing System Configuration workbooks and validate information.
  • Coordinate and communicate implementation dates with hotels and vendors.
  • Lead kick-off meetings and system overviews with relevant hotel contacts and vendors.
  • Implementation of Delphi.fdc and related integrations (i.e. SRP Create, Sertifi, etc.)
