The Animator focus specializes in creating animation and visual effects and delivering control and movement to characters, creatures, objects, scenery, and environments by using successive physical or digital drawings, models, or other techniques. This role includes work on electronic games, websites, software products, film, television, and other media. The Animator will deliver control and movement to characters, creatures, objects, scenery, and environments displayed within electronic games, websites, or software products. The position requires applying knowledge and using technical process ability in techniques such as rigging and skinning, kinetics, and basic cinematography. Collaboration with programmers and artists is essential to balance seamless movements and optimized performance on the target platform. The Animator will apply developed skills, knowledge, and proficiency in animation packages, such as 3ds Max, Maya, and Substance, to develop work products.
